Please let me know that what are the essential skills required so that I can become a Software Engineer in Capgemini, Kolkata. I want to attend and crack the interview so that I can achieve this post. Please let me know about the skills.

You must have good communication & interpersonal skills, along with good command on technical subjects.

You should have ability to perform under pressure.

It is very much important to know about your educational details to guide you properly, however as you have asked the required skill set for Software Engineer role, i am giving the details below by assuming that you are already holding a BTech degree.

Major skills that are required to become a Software Engineer in Capgemini :

1. You must have complete your academic career as BE or BTech in 10+2+4 years system.
2. There should not be any gap in your academic career.
3. You have to be good in communication skill.
4. You have to be ready to work on 24*7 work environment.
5. You must have at least 60% marks in BTech.
6. You must have 60% marks throughout your educational career.

To get selected for Capgemini job , the skills required are :-
1) Basic coding like you should know how to write a fibonacci series program etc.
2) Good knowledge of Algorithm and Data structure.
3) Good communication skills.
4) Marks above 60 % in B.Tech.

The skills required to get selected for Capgemini are :-
