Skills required to become a Technical Support Engineer in One97 Communications Ltd. (PayTM)?


Hi friends, I am an BTech CSE graduate and going to attend an interview of One97 Communications Ltd. (PayTM) for the post of Technical Support Engineer. I would like to know about the skills which are required to achieve this particular post. Please tell me if you know.

The key skillsrequired to become a Technical Support Engineer in One97 Communications Ltd. :

1.Graduate from either of the mentioned disciplines (BA, B.com, BSc,BBA,BCA )
2.Excellent Communication skills.
3.Good organizational and logical skills.
4.Ability to multi-task and perform on deadline.
5.Familiar with Ms Excel & PowerPoint.
