Accurate answer for this question it expect because it stacking on my mind but not getting any opinion. Why do we don't get a job opportunity in a renounced company in private or in government sector even after completing graduation or under graduation at the age of 18 or 18 plus?

I am from Assam. In 2006 i completed B.A In Assamese more then five years exp.supervisor from company sector but i am not happy 2 work out of Assam i want 2 do job in Assam can i get job in Assam?
