Whether an employee gets payment after selection of a referred candidate?
Hello,
I am going to attend interview of Infosys. I have got a referral number. I just want to know that the employee who refer me get payment after my selection? |

Yes, the person who has referred you will get money if you are selected by the concerned company. The payment is given by the company. However, some companies also give gifts instead of money like iPhones, Gift Vouchers, etc. It depends on the concerned company concerning the level of gifts/money which is given to the person who has referred and the concerned job positions for which referral has been made.
