Hello, I graduated from gitam University via distance education method will I be eligible to get a job in MNC like mphasis BPO or is it even possible for me to get a job in a MNC company...it's a humble request to you sir/ madam please let me know the answer...I really want to work in a MNC BPO firm.

Yes, you can get placed in an MNC company like Mphasis BPO. The basic requirement to join any BPO is a candidate must have passed a bachelor's degree in any stream from a recognized university. Nowadays age is not a bar and work experience may vary as per vacancy and organization which you can check before applying. The selection process will be on the basis of multiple rounds such as written tests, technical interviews, and HR interviews.

Mphasis dies not have its own IT projects, they mist depend on 3rd party or parent companies.
But from policy perspective , it's a good company.

For getting in to top companies you need to have:_
Minimum 60% marks or 6.3 CGPA in graduation.

No backlogs, and good communication is required.
Candidate needs to be flexible to get allotted to any Mphasis operating location.

Percentage Criteria: 60 percent or 6.3 CGPA
Year of Passing: 2021 Batch
Batch: BE/BTech/MCA graduates from Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics
and Communication, Telecommunication and Electrical & Electronics branches.

Yes, you are eligible to get placed in a MNC company like mPhasis BPO. But there are some companies which accept candidates who have passed out from regular university.
