Job opportunities for freshers are offered by DE Shaw Company in various colleges. The procedure for recruitment basically has three stages and they are written test and an Interview (Both technical and HR). The written test comprises basically of forty questions. It is divided into mainly two sections. The two sections are 1.the Aptitude Test (Arithmetic and logical) 2.the C language test .Both sections comprises of twenty questions and lasts for twenty minutes.The first section has questions of two marks each whereas in the second section questions are of three marks each. After the written test the students are selected for Interview where they are asked some technical and some HR questions.
