ICT resource papers have been a new inclusion in the DOEACC O level course. It is a course designed with the aim of training candidates in Information and Communication Technology. The course curriculum is specially adapted to work on the computer related programming and software applications. This is a very critical area as students are expected to know the operational as well as the theoretical part. The program is divided into four levels out of which ICT resources forms one level. This is more suited for those who are new to the stream and are not much familiar with computer software. It covers a wider range of topics from basic computer applications to problem solving using programming languages like C and C++. ICT resources are developed to provide technical assistance in classroom teaching and to aid in classroom learning subsequently. Thus the curriculum is intensively aimed at helping out teachers and trainers. Part A of the paper has only objective questions like match the columns; fill in the blanks, MCQs etc. Part B has all subjective questions. Part A has to be finished in the first hour of the exam and has to be written in tear-Off part of the paper. Students will get answer book only they have submitted Part A answer script.
