Madurai Kamraj University, M.Sc. In Physics, Electromagnetic Theory Paper is a subjective paper and it contains technical questions in it. All questions asked are of theoretical type and it doesn’t contain any sub-questions in it. Total no. of question asked in the paper are5 and each question contains internal alternative in it. Some topics in the paper are Biot-Savart’s law and its applications, propagation of plane electromagnetic wave, covariant form of electromagnetic wave etc. Each question is of 20 marks in the paper. Total marks in the paper are 100 and time allotted for the paper is 3 hours only. Below are attached some of the previous years question papers.
