There are two sections in this paper; the student has to answer four questions from each section. The questions are from the theoretical parts of Cost and Management Accounting as well as mathematical problems on the subject. There are several important topics for studying in both the sections. Some of the important questions from the first section are advantages of cost accounting system to the workers, classification of cost by behavior, advantages of perpetual inventory system, specimen of purchase order, objectives of Time Booking etc. students are also asked how to enter some given items into the cost sheet, such as commission on sales, legal expenses, cost of special wages, unproductive wages etc. The second section contains mainly accounting problems and descriptive questions from cost accounting. The students are asked to prepare the earnings of a worker based on given specifications, describe the various techniques of cost accounting etc. the third section consists entirely of problems such as preparation of cost sheet with given particulars.
