Respected Sir/Madam, my daughter is preparing for the exam of 11th standard with Science stream and she is studying in Jharkhand Board. She didn’t take any coaching but she scored 62% marks in her 10th standard Board exam. Now, I think to join her in any coaching class. So, is it beneficial to join any coaching class?

Coaching coupled with self study is better than only self study or studying only in coaching classes. Deciding on what is better, coaching or self study depends a lot on your preparation level. If you are preparing for medical entrance or engineering then coaching would be beneficial for you.
If a candidate is brilliant enough that he or she can prepare himself or herself without any coaching classes then self study board rock.

The practice of coaching in the classroom is one of the most effective ways to bring out the best in students, to develop their talents and strength, to build skills and confidence and to nurture learning. It should go without saying that teachers everywhere can benefit from drinking into their classrooms. But if you are preparing yourself for any entrance exam then coaching would be beneficial for you but if you are just preparing for 12th board examination then self study can also work .
