Dear Sir, I would like to know about the documents which is essentially required for the admission in Adamas International School for Nursery class. Can you please tell me about the documents which I have to submit for my son’s admission? Waiting for your response!

The documents required for Nursery admission in Adamas International School are given below.

==> Printed copy of the application form.

==> Photocopy of birth certificate of the candidate

==> Photocopy of Aadhaar card/Enrollment form (Mandatory)

==> Income proof of parents (Father's & Mother's individually, if applicable - IT Returns or Salary Slips)

==> Parent Id proof (Father's & Mother's individually)

==> Blood Group of the child (Mandatory) - relevant document to be submitted.

==> Stamp size photograph of the child and both parents.

Documents or certificates required during admission in nursery-

Birth certificate-Issued by the municipal corporation or an equivalent authority.

Proof of residential address-Any of the following such as ration card / Smart Card issued in the name of parents / domicile certificate of child or of his or her parents.

Aadhar card of child

Aadhar card of mother

Aadhar card of father

Child's recent passport size photograph

Guardian's recent passport size photo

Family photo

Medical certificate and immunisation certificate

The documents which are essentially required for Nursery admission in Adamas International School are listed below. You have to bring original documents for verification. Before submission, all documents are to be duly attested.

1) Photocopy of birth certificate of your child.

2) Photocopy of Aadhaar card or Enrolment form (Mandatory).

3) Income proof of parents (Father’s & Mother’s individually, if you both are working- IT Return or Salary Slips).

4) Parent ID proof (Father’s & Mother’s individually).

5) Document of social category (if applicable – Except ‘General’ category).

6) Blood Group of the child (Mandatory).

7) 2 stamp size photograph of the candidate and parents(both Father's and Mather's).
