Eligibility to secure 4th standard admission in Gujarat Board for a 8 years and 8 months old candidate?
Hello everyone, my son is 8 years and 8 months old right now. I want to admit him in 4th standard in a Gujarat Board school. So, is he eligible for getting admission in 4th standard? Please let me know immediately.

School is the supreme authority which handle admission related concern. As your son's age is 8 years and 8 month thus he has appropriate age to get admitted in 4th standard. You may visit to school campus and meet with school principal. Ask him about admission procedure and about age criteria. Remember final decision will be made by school authority only so you must visit there.

The minimum age required to seek admission in 4th standard is 8 Years and 6 months.
