How to become a Pharmacist for Nagaland Board 12th Science student?


I want to become a Pharmacist. Right now, I am studying in 12th standard with Science stream in Nagaland Board. But after completing my 12th, kindly let me know how I can become a Pharmacist? Please help me to know about this asap. Thank you!

You need to first complete class 12th with PCB or PCM stream and then take admission in D.Pharma or B.Pharma course. D.Pharma is a diploma of 2 years duration and B.Pharma is a degree course of 4 years. Admission is mostly through entrance exam.

Both qualifications are eligible to apply for Pharmacist registration, but for Diploma holders, training of 500 hours is required along with diploma certificate for registration.
