How can I get transfer certificate for studying in All Saints Diocesan HS School Shillong being an ICSE student?


Hi everyone, I am studying with an ICSE Board. I want to get admission in All Saints Diocesan HS School Shillong. I have heard that it is a Meghalaya Board school. I would like to know how can I get transfer certificate for getting admission and studying in this school?
