See you can only stick to the routine made for study by yourself if and only if you have strong determination and dedication towards your study and you want to achieve something through hard labour in field of academics.

Lots of time we make routine but after 2-3 days, we fail to follow due to distractions, mood swings etc. You must be concentrated towards your goal and have proper strategy to follow the made routine. Never allow distraction the hindrance to your routine. Always stick leaving all the rest things. Do yoga for better concentration and determination.

Motivate yourself to follow it whenever you feel down or have negative thoughts.
