You should at once contact you school authorities and tell them about the problem that you are facing and I am sure they will find a way to help you out.
You will probably be asked to write a letter stating the issue either to the school or to the council and your problem will be duly acknowledged. |

This is something that you wont be able to do on an individual basis. In order to address the issue you have to contact your school authorities. They will ask you to forward all the necessary documents once again for verification. The school authorities will then forward your registration card to the Council along with the supporting documents for a issuing a new rectified one. You must not waste any time. This is a very sensitive issue that needs to be settled down as early as possible. Otherwise the consequence may be cancellation of your examination.
