Percentage required in 12th Assam Board exam to become an IPS Officer?


I am studying in 12th standard from Assam Board. I am average in studies but my aim is to become an IPS Officer. I want to know that what percentage I have to secure in my 12th Board exam from this Assam Board so that I can achieve my aim?

Percentage required in 12th Assam board exam to become an IPS officer:-


Civil Services exam across the country in the same. There is no special exam for any particular state Assam civil services examination .

Eligibility criteria:-

The candidate should have passed graduation in any recognised University .

Final year could also be eligible.

Candidate must be a citizen of India.

Age limit is 21 to 30 years.

Percentage required in 12th Assam board exam to become an IPS officer:-

The minimum qualification needed to write the civil services exam is graduation from a recognised University.

Assam Civil Services Exam conducted by the APSC to recruit the candidates in various department in Assam state.

Eligibility criteria :-

Candidate should complete graduation from a recognised University.

Age limit is between 21 to 30 years.

candidate must be a citizen of India.

Both male and female candidates are applicable

Selection procedure :-

Written Exam

Interview .

You can apply for IPS officer exam, with a degree with pass marks only. There is no percentage requirement at class 12th level. Just study well and be prepared according to civil services syllabus.

Just make sure you keep preparing regularly for the exam, according to the paper pattern and syllabus of UPSC civil services exam.
