Hello Sir, my son is studying in 8th standard in a Goa Board school. I want his admission in Manovikas English Medium School South Goa for 9th standard. I came to know that this is a Private school. So, is it possible to get admission?

Yes, it is very much possible for you to get admission in 9th grade after having completed 8th grade from a recognized board.

You will then have to appear for an admission test conducted by the prospective university and then after clearing the test, I am sure you can get admission and can continue with your studies further.
