Due to medical issue I was absent on my 12th theory exam but I completed practical . now I am going to write my 12th theory exam as private candidate am I eligible for neet exam

The candidates who have passed 12th with Biology as an additional subject will also be eligible for MBBS entrance examination.

Am I eligible for neet 2023, I have completed my 12th with pcm in 2020 and now in 2022 I have take only biology as as additional subject and passesd being an private candidate .pls help to give right information I am really being worried cause of not getting any clear answer whether I can give neet or not?
