Sir, please I am passing 10th exam in 2000 in UP board my original date of birth is 1987, but my 10th certificate is issued date of birth is 1986. So, please how can change date of birth please sir and documents. Please reply.

To change your date of birth in 10th standard UP board certificate, you have to visit the school where you have pursued your 10th standard and contact the school principal. They will guide you the process that you need to follow to get your DOB corrected, they will ask you to fill the specified application form, pay the fee and they will forward it to main board for processing and you will get new certificate within 1 or 2 weeks.

I am glad to inform you that you can correct your date of birth in the 10th board certificate and equalize it with the date of birth given in your birth certificate.
In order to change your date of birth in 10th board certificate, you can simply write an application to the school authority and follow the instructions as given by the concern authority to get your date of birth changed in your 10th certificate.

In order to change the date of birth in your documents, you will have to write an application to your respective school official department.

Look, it is very difficult to change date of birth in high school marks sheet of UP Board but not impossible.
First you have to contact your board authorities and share your problem with them. They will give you an application form regarding this and you have to submit this form along with a strong proof to support your case in the board office. After 2 or 3 months, your issue will resolved and you can get your new marks sheet with corrected date of birth.

Dear Sir/Madam, My sister had a date of birth issue in her High school certificate. Her DOB is on 1999 but in high school UP Board mark sheet DOB is 2001. But in her original DOB certificate is 1999. You have to visit to that school from where you have given your exam.
You have to concern with the principal of that school. After that they will provide you an application form which you have to fill that form.
Your new or updated mark sheet will come within one month.

I Am Trying to change date of Birth from last 38 years but UP Board does not change it till now UP Board Allahabad wants affidavit from candidate (Not in service ) & recommendation of DIOS & principal after checking primary school records. However matter change date of birth is pending till now.

You are not able to make changes in your DOB in your 10th class certificate or marksheet.

As my own knowledge that any changes in 10th class birth date credentials is not permissible.

You can’t change the date of birth on your certificates without an order for changing the same is obtained from a court of competent jurisdiction.

For obtaining the said order you need solid proof of your date of birth other than shown on your certificate and for this the most appropriate is your birth certificate which shows and proves the discrepancy.

I have contacted to school but they told this is vey old records and as per our school records this is same dob but in my all other certificates like adhaar, voter id, driving license it is mention 1988,

Procedure:-

1. You need to file an application for changing the date of birth to the respective boards with proper evidences like birth certificate, EPIC, PAN Card etc to show the correct date of birth.

2. Some Board councils may ask for an affidavit to be sworn in before a first class magistrate, along with other documents.

3. They will reply to you along with the charges required for correction if possible.

4. After all the procedural formalities have been complied with, you shall be required to send them the original certificate containing incorrect DOB and after they receive the same they will send you the fresh certificate incorporating correct DOB.
