Dear Sir, my son is 14 years of age and studying in 6th standard. I want to admit him in Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya of Dungrin, next year. So, I would like to know about the requirements for getting admission in this school for 7th standard. Please help me to know about this. Thank you!

Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya is a central government funded school located in most of the districts of India.

No entrance examination is conducted for admission in Std 7th in JNV. Entrance examination is only conducted for admission in std 6th, 9th and 11th.

So, you are not eligible for admission in Std 7th.

Entrance examination is not conducted for admission in Std 7th. So, only those candidates who are pursing in std 6th in JNV are eligible to get promoted in next std.
