Re: Whether a candidate is eligible to reappear if failed in 10th ICSE Board exam?
Yes, a candidate can reappear for 10th ICSE exam, if he/she fails in his/her exam. If the candidate fails in 10th ICSE exam, then he/she can apply for supplementary exam, as many times until he/she clears all the subjects in his/her 10th standard. To apply for supplementary exam, you should approach your school examination branch.

Yes, if you son fail in board examination then he is eligible to give his exam again in next year with the fresh batch. But its better that your son appears for the exams this year only so that the time can be saved.

Yes, surely he can re-appear for his 10th board examination in the upcoming year as a private candidate and clear his examination if not passed this current year.
He can even re-appear for improvement examination in the concluding year if he feels that he hasn't scored well in his boards this year. |
