Hi,

If you didn't received his/her admit card for AIEEE-2011 examination, then please contact AIEEE examination authority for issuing duplicate admit card.

So, contact AIEEE examination concerned department before 20th April 2011

and provide them your details of

1. the Post Office,

2. date of dispatch,

3. original receipt of postal dispatch,

4. photostat copy of the Application Form with two photographs

so that they will issue duplicate admit card for AIEEE- 2011 examination

So, contact them at below address.

Admit Card from the official website of AIEEE.

Visit: http://aieee.nic.in/aieee2011/aieee/welcome.html

Click on the link Download Provisional Admit Card on the website.

You are required to provide your registration no. and date of birth there.

If you feed the details correctly, your provisional admit card will be opened.

Print the admit card and follow the instructions given on that.

If you have forgot your Application no./Registration No., you can recover it from the

same website.

For this click on the link Forget Application/Registration No. and provide the

required details.

What to do if I don't receive my AIEEE admit card?

If You don't receive your Aieee Admit card.

Apply for Duplicate Aieee Admit card.

Send on Request Only With fee of Rs.50/- + Postal Charge of Rs. 30/- Extra

For out Station candidates.

If you dont receive your AIEEE admit card yet, then please dont worry, just download your AIEEE provisional Admit card Directly from the official website.

The provisional Admit cards are availiable in the AIEEE Official Website.

So, please visit and click on provisional admit card link and then enter your correct registration number and date of birth, to get your admit card.

In this situation you will get the duplicate admit card. IF you didn't receive your admit card 7 days before the exam then you can apply for the duplicate admit card. You just have to write a request letter in favor of examination authority along with your application form no. After 3 days you will get a duplicate admit card.
However you can also get the duplicate admit card online from the official website of the AIEEE.

AIEEE Examination is on - 1/May/2011.

If you haven't received your AIEEE admit card yet then you can download

duplicate admit card for that you have to first check your application form

status to see whether your form has been accepted or rejected .

If the candidate has not received their admit before one week from the
date of examination then they can request for the duplicate admit card.

For the duplicate admit a candidate has to send a application giving details of the Post Office, date of dispatch, original receipt of postal dispatch, photostat copy of the Application Form, two photographs.

For duplicate admit card a candidate pay fee of Rs. 50/- + postal charges of Rs. 30/- extra for out station candidate.

Yes You can Download your Admit card only When if your Form has not been Rejected.

Steps to Go for it.

Step 1) Go to www.aieee.nic.in
Step 2) Click Application Status New and then go to verification
Step 3) Enter your Application Number There. and Date Of Birth Too (For Verification)
Step 4) It response to your Application Status + Your Venue Details

Note* As you didn't Get admit card before 20th Of march then you must have Contact to AIEEE Authority for the same in between 23rd to 29th of March. But its already late Don't worry call them or Follow above Steps.

For Duplicate Admit Card

Request must be Sent to below address with Two Photographs , one should be attested by Principal of your Institution and Photocopy of that Application form with proofs regarding remittance of ffee .

Such request for issue of duplicate admit card should accompany with a Demand Draft in favour of Secretary,CBSE payable at Delhi/New Delhi amounting Rs.50/- as fee and additional Rs.30/- as postal charges for outstation candidates.

I have already downloaded and printed the provisional admit card. I want to know if it is enough to report to the exam centre with just the provisional card and two photographs?Or also is it necessary to send the letter to the AIEEE authorities in request for a duplicate admit card as well? if the Admit Card is not received
you should write/contact the CBSE giving details of the Post Office, date of dispatch, original receipt of postal dispatch, photostat copy of the Application Form, two photographs (as pasted on the Application Form one is duly attested), and proof regarding remittance of fee who have submitted application “Online’.

You can simply download the provisional Admit card from the website

you have to just give the command for download.
It is as easy as nothing.

AS I HAVE LOST MY ORIGINAL AIEEE SCORE CARD, PLEASE ADVICE HOW I CAN GET A DUPLICATE SCORE CARD TO COPLETE IN ODISHA JEE ADMISSION PROCESS.
