If you application is accepted then you should receive your admit card. Also for entrance exams like AIEEE you can check the status online after 45 days. Also if you meet all the eligibility criterias then there should be no reason for rejection. If you donot receive the admit card as per schedule then contact the authorities immediately.

Information about accepted application form:
You have not mentioned the exam name whose application or admit status,you are asking for. Anyways,to check the status of application form or admit card,you can visit the official website. OR you can send query to admission cell concerned to that exam. regards Kapila
