IES Stands for Indian Engineering Service examination and this examination is conducted by Union Public Service Commission Once in a year.

If you have completed Engineering course from any discipline then also you are applicable for IES exam OR If you have M.Sc degree in Physics , Radio Physics then you are applicable for IES exam.Final year student also eligible for IES exam .

Written Test conduct on following subjects so you can choose any of these subject list-

1.Civil Engineering
2.Electrical Engineering
3.Mechanical engineering.
4.Electronics and Communication Engineering

The applicant age should between 21 yrs to 30 yrs.

A candidate holding their Bachelor Degree in the following Engineering field that is B.E/B.Tech are eligible for applying this examination.......

• Electronics and Communication Engineering

Eligibility and Criteria:-


>> A candidate must have Nationality of India.

>> At least Bachelor Degree in the Field of Engineering.Final year of Graduation degree can also applicable.

>> There is no any Percentages Criteria for applying this exam.


Age Criteria:-


>> Age of candidate should be between 21 to 30 years.

>> Age Relaxation for the OBC Category up to 3 years.

>> For SC/ST it is up to 5 years.

>> For PH/PWD category it is up to 10 years.


Attempt limit:-


>> A candidate can apply maximum 4 attempt.

>> OBC candidate can maximum 7 Attempt.

>> SC/ST candidate have No Limit.
