Tamilnadu Public service commission conducts the combined subordinate service examination to select the aspirants for the civil services in Tamil nadu.The combined Subordinate Service examination generally be conducted in the month of October or else in November.

You will need to choose the correct set of questions,then you may either answer for the Tamil Pattern or English pattern.Combined Subordinate Service examination consists of the TWO kinds of questions.

>> General Knowledge with General Tamil

To be eligible for the Group 2 exams,you must have a minimum of Bachelor Degree from a government recognized university.You must know the Tamil language to be eligible for the exam.

For General Candidates the lower age limit allowed is 18 years and the maximum age is allowed up to 30 years.There will be an age relaxation for the reserved candidates.For the reserved candidates the minimum age accepted is 18 years,and the maximum age should not exceed more than 35 years.Try to solve as many model paper as you can.

TNPSC Group II Examination is conducted for recruitment to Deputy Commerical Tax, Sub Register, Probationa Officer, Junior Employment Officer, Assistant Officer in Finance Departement, Audit Inspector, Senior Inspector..etc.

Selection Procedure ::

-->> Preliminary Examination
-->> Main Examination
-->> Oral Test

Preliminary Examination :

General Studies(Degree Standard) Aptitude and Mental ability :: 150 Marks
General Tamil/ General English :: 150 Marks

Main Examination :

General Studies : 250 Marks
Essay : 250 Marks
