Hi,
As i done my Graduation, B.Com(P) from Delhi University(Corr.) in 2008.
I joined BPO sector in April 2010 as Back_office Work(Data Entry/Insurance/Medical).
I am still working with this.
Now i want to chaned my wokr_line from Back_office to F&A or Banking sector.
How can i get a job in F&A or Banking sector?
please some help me.

Yes, you can change your job from Back office in Banking sector by writing some exams in banking related field like IBPS PO or Clerk. After writing the exams you can get Banking sector jobs easily but to crack the exams you need to work hard and study as well. After getting a job in the banking sector, your career growth will be stable and constant development will occur. According to the salary package point of view you can get a better one.
