After the 12th class with commerce field there are ocean of opportunities that you can look after. There are large number of courses and fields in which you can head into.
Some of them are-

> Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com)
> Bachelor of Management Studies (BMS)
> Bachelor of Business Studies (BBS)
> Bachelor in Business Management/Administration (BBM/A)

> Bachelors in Business Administration (MBA) in

Since after intermediate it is not necessary that you stick to commerce field. If you feel like going to the managerial department you can very well do so. That is the reason courses like BBA have also been included in the above list.
