After scoring 494 marks in AIPMT can I get MBBS seat in government medical colleges?


Can I get MBBS seat in government medical college after scoring 494 marks in AIPMT
and can i get B.J.medical college ahmdabad?

AIPMT stands for the All India Pre Medical test. The entrance exam for the AIPMT 2015 was reconducted as per Supreme court orders because previous paper were leaked and the result of AIPMT 2015 is expected to come on 17/08/2015.

Its good that you have crossed checked your answers from any answer key available on the google and depending upon which you are getting 494 marks but you wait for the official answer key of AIPMT which will be released by the CBSE soon.

Generally candidates who score more than 60% belonging to general category have good chance of qualifying the exam. Now you belong to OBC category and you are getting 494 marks out of 720 which is about 68% of total marks. So, you will get a MBBS seat in government college but it is not possible to exactly tell that you will get B.J medical college or not.

As the cut off marks for that college may vary from previous year, so you need to wait for the results.
