Yes, it is possible to join in any Tamil Nadu university in 2016 for M.Ed course in distance mode but you should fulfill below given criteria first.

B.Ed in any subject with atleast 50% marks at graduate level or its equivalent qualification from a recognized university are eligible for M.Ed course.

Your age should be above 17 years.
