Hey shruthi congrats for your Engineering and 10th percentages and also no need to worry about 12th that much.

Yeah why not definitely you can make your mark in MNC's or in your core companies.

As you have not mentioned to which core you belong it is difficult to discuss further about the core jobs but generally they are to be done if you are passionate about your core field.

Coming to the most exciting career that is Software career or better to say the career with high pay and also high pressure and high intensity jobs but the skilled persons can manage easily between everything.

yeah No company will follow the same rules one company ask overall of 60 some companies may ask 65 some others may ask 70 this is all only for freshers.

so for one year you should compromise if needed regarding pay. after getting experience its your capability to demand them about salary.

to get into MNC's mainly you need to have skills in Languages, Networking, Software development or atleast debugging skills. or Program designing, Algorithm designs, Web designing, Animating skills, PPT skills etc.,

these are the core basic things that you needed to get into IT MNC's okay;.

but as you know after the oversharing of knowledge and information everyone of us know that we need to have good (No) best (No) Excellent Communication skills,
Language skills
Various soft skills
etc.,

By having all these its not tough to get Job in MNC's So it will be your luck if you can make out the job in MNC's

Yes, my friend leading software companies and PSU sectors are asking for 60% aggregate throughout the career..
As you don't have 60% in 12th, so it may create a problem at the time of appearing for a campus drive..
But there are lots of core sectors those have no such criteria...
They even recruit students having marks less than 60%...
So, you can apply for those companies..
You can also go for civil service exams those are conducted by UPSC like - IAS,IES,IPS,IFS..
There is no such percentage marks required to appear in those civil service exams..
If you have interest in doing administrative jobs then you can go for civil service exams...
You can get all the information regarding this from employment newspaper...
Where you get all the information for freshers...

So keep in touch with the employment newspaper..

Yes, you are eligible MNC or core company . Some of my friends with worst result in H.S. working in core companies . So why not you.
One thing keep in mind once you get experienced from any company no one will see the result in H.S..
So don't worry .

MNC or Core companies does not give much preference to class 12th board or class 10th board result to recruit their employees, the result necessarily asked is your academic result at your college which for core companies must be at least 60% or 65% for most of the companies.

Yet your 12th board result may affect your salary package a little bit but they are not of much importance once you will become experienced.

your btech aggregate is much enough to recruit you for any mnc or core company ,onething you need to keep in mind that you should have deep knowledge about your branch related subject regarding to which they will recruit you,it is not so important that how much you scored in 10+2,it is just a formality,if you fullfill their requirements then they will surely give you the opportunity..
