As per marks criteria, you are not eligible for MNC company jobs.

Eligibility criteria of MNC company recruitment:-

1)Required percentage of marks throughout the studies for MNC company is 60%
2)You should not have any pending backlogs.
3)Candidates having more than two years gap throughout the studies are not eligible for MNC company recruitment.

As you have secured less percentage throughout your academics, I feel very sad to say that you are not eligible for appearing in MNC companies recruitment process. Remember, candidates must meet the required eligibility before sitting in recruitment process. Here is the basic educational qualification required for MNC recruitment process.

>> Candidates must have completed B.E/ B.Tech/ MCA from Mechanical/ Electrical/ Electronics and Communication Engineering/ Civil/ Instrumentation Engineering/ Biotechnology/ Chemical Engineering/ Electronics and Computers Engineering.

>> Candidates must have secured minimum 60% marks throughout the academics in order to be eligible.

>> As you have secured less than what is required in 10th Class, I am really sorry to say that you are not eligible.

Minimum percentage that is required to sit in MNC interview is 65% but not all MNC require this percentage. Different companies has different cutoff marks for selection.

Some companies set their criteria as 80% and some as 60%. You have got good percentage in class 12th but rest of your academic marks are not up to the position to get MNC jobs.

You need apply for private jobs and after 2 to 3 years you will get MNC job based on your experience.

Yes,you are eligible to get job in MNC.But,aggregate consideration differs from one MNC with other.Most of the MNC take 65% as aggregate.But,companies like Microsoft,Google,TCS and some other companies ask aggregate from 68%-70%.

Your aggregate is enough for most of the companies in IT sector.But,you should still improve your skills in Aptitude,Reasoning, and Verbal skills.The most important skill you should develop to get job in IT sector is Communication skills.

Yes, definitely you are eligible for MNC companies. but you have 56% marks in your 10th standard. So you won't be able to appear for those companies which require more than your marks in your 12th standard.
Usually good companies require at least 60% marks throughout your academic career. Some companies ask for 70% marks throughout academic career.
But there are some good companies who do not have these criteria, so you are eligible for those companies.
