Sir, in mat exam 2017 my composite score is 659.5 and percentile below 86.3 so sir is my mark is good and which college i can get admission for my M.B.A and how??

Famous institutions like VIT university, Lovely Professional University etc are offering admission in MBA based on your MAT score. STill you may have to attend interview to get admission here. You may also get scholarship in institutes like LPU based on your graduation marks.
