Please let me know about the MSc(Food Safety Management) structure which is available in Cardiff Metropolitan University. I just want to know about the structure of course and the duration also. Thank you!

Duration of M.Sc. in Food Safety Management is 1 years full time mode(plus Dissertation) and two years part time mode(plus Dissertation) comprises the equivalent of 6 modules of 20 credit points each. The taught modules offered are as follows:

Frameworks for the Assessment of Risk (10 credits)
Research Methods (20 credits)
Epidemiology (10 credits)
Evaluating Global Food Safety Management Standards (20 credits)
Implementing Global Food Safety Management Standards (20 credits)

Product Conformity and Labelling (10 credits)
