Eligibility to study MS(Electrical Engineering) in Cleveland State University;

You must hold a baccalaureate degree in Engineering or Science with a minimum grade-point average of 2.75 from any recognized university.

You must have a score card of English proficiency test such as IELTS/TOEFL or equivalent.

You must have a score card of GRE.
