In order to pursue Master of Science in Building Surveying from Leeds Beckett University you will need to appear for Graduate Record Examination(GRE) and an English language proficiency test TOEFL/IELTS.

There is no entrance exam available to study MSc(Building Surveying) in Leeds Beckett University. Candidates are selected on the basis of their personal attributes, experience and/or commitment to the area of study. However candidates from non native English speaker have to qualify at least one English proficiency test such as IELTS or an equivalent examination in order to get secure admission.
