Possibility to become a Scientist in SpaceX after completing MS(Electrical Engineering) in the USA?

Dear friends, I have a dream to work in SpaceX as I am a big fan of Elon Musk. Currently, I am studying BTech in Electrical Engineering course. I am thinking of doing MS in the same specialization in the USA. If I do this MS course in the USA then is it possible to become a Scientist in SpaceX?
