Period of Contract: Period of contract for the position of Junior Resident/Demonstrator is 02 years, which is extendable by three years on the basis of age limit prescribed by the Medical Council of India or until regular appointments are made by the Uttarakhand Public Service Commission for this position.

Eligibility requirements:

Educational Qualification: For the position of Junior Resident/Demonstrator for the aforesaid departments, candidates will have to fulfill educational qualification according to the norms of Medical Council of India.

Process of recruitment:

Recruitment of candidates will be based on their performance in the walk-in-interview to be conducted upto 3.00 pm on 16th, 23rd and 30th November 2011 at the Officer of the Principal Secretary of the Secretariat of Government of Uttarakhand.

Conditions:

Appointment letters will be issued on first-cum-first serve basis to the walk-in-interview, selected candidates will have to join immediately and there will not be any TA/DA for attending the interview. The interview committee chairman reserves the right to accept or reject any application without specifying any reason thereof. During the data of walk-in-interview, candidates will have to bring their original and photocopies of MBBA and PG medical degrees, their registration certificate with MCI or any state Medical Council and two passport size photos to the address given below on 16th, 23rd and 30th November (all Wednesdays) upto 3.00pm
