Mahadev Institute of Technology was established in the year 2003 and the institute is affiliated to Chaudhary Charan Singh University located at Meerut. Within a short period of its existence, the institute has fulfilled the educational requirements of a lot of people in the local area.

Course offered:

Mahadev Institute of technology is offering teacher education programme commonly called as Bachelor of Education and the course is approved by National Council for Teacher Education. The duration of this course is one year and the intake capacity of the institute for this course is 200 students per year.

Eligibility for admission:

For getting admission to the bachelor of education course offered by the institute, candidates must be degree holders in B. Com/B. Sc/B.A from a recognized university with a minimum aggregate of 50% of marks. The minimum aggregate of marks required for candidates falling under reserved category is 40%.

Admission procedure:

The institute is admitting students on the basis of entrance examination conducted by Chaudhary Charan Singh University and of the total number of seats 50% of the seats are filled through management quota. The fees collected by the institute for B. Ed course is Rs. 27536/-

Facilities in the institute:

To improve the presentation of seminars, lectures and similar academic works, the institute is provided with audio-visual tools and OHPS slide projectors. It has a modern state-of-the-art computer lab and computers are loaded with latest software programs. The other facilities offered by the institute are hostel facilities, canteen, playground, gymnasium, library and placement cell.

Institute library:

The central library in Mahadev Institute of Technology has a collection of more than 8000 textbooks, 12 encyclopedias, 48 journals and 508 reference books and the library can accommodate 100 students at a time. To offer meaningful base for budding professionals the library is provided with audio-visual aids.
