Company Profile: The Standard Chartered Bank was formed in 1869 by a merger of two banks – The Standard Bank of British South Africa, which was founded in 1863, and the Chartered Bank of India, Australia and China, which was founded in 1853. The Standard Bank was founded in the Cape region of South Africa in 1862 by John Paterson and commenced their business in Port Elizabeth, in January 1863. It had 600 offices and extended its business in Southern, Central and Eastern Africa and by 1953.
The Chartered Bank was founded by James Wilson subsequent the scholarship of a noble contract by Queen Victoria in 1853. On 12 April 1858, the Chartered Bank opened its first overseas branch in India, at Kolkata. Job Profile: The appointed candidates would be answerable of individual achievement of High net worth of clients for the purpose of selling retail liabilities product ranging from current accounts, saving accounts and investment products.
Educational Qualifications: The candidate must be a Graduate with MBA degree specialization in marketing can apply for the post. Fresher are also eligible for the post. The candidate must be presentable and must have excellent convincing and communication skills. Only local candidates can apply for the job.
Experience: The candidates having 0 to 3 years of sales experience from summer internship would have an added advantage.
Pay scale: The candidates will be placed on bank payroll with beneficial salary starting from 2.50 lakhs to 5.50 lakhs.
