ITM University offers M.Tech courses in streams like Thermal Engineering, Structural Engineering, Software Engineering, Embedded Systems, Civil Engineering, VLSI Design and Automobile Engineering. Eligible students can follow 2 different methods to submit applications for admission. First is an online application process in which the candidate can submit applications through the web portal of the University. In second method, students can download applications from University portal and can submit the filled up forms through offline method. The tentative date for M.Tech course application submission is June 19th, 2013.

Detailed Application Procedure for M.Tech Admission in ITMU

ITMU specifies 2 main options for students to apply for M.Tech programs which is as follows –

Option I - Online Application procedure – Students need to log in to the official website - www.itmindia.edu in order to apply online. Before initiating the online application procedure, students need to deposit an application fees of Rs 500/- .This need to be deposited in the way of Demand Draft (DD) in favor of ITM University, Gurgaon, and it should be payable at Gurgaon.

After depositing application fees, candidates need to fill in the online application form by entering all specific details. It is also necessary to upload important educational documents, copy of GATE admit card and passport size photographs etc. Students who complete the application process successfully will be intimated with a notification mail acknowledging that the application fees have been received in.

Option II – As per this option, students can download the application form from the University website. It is compulsory to deposit application fees of Rs 500/- as Demand Draft (DD) to be paid at Gurgaon as cash on behalf of ITM University, Gurgaon.

Students should fill up the downloaded application form correctly and should submit the completed application forms either by hand or via post to the concerned address. This must be made within suggested deadline period. Specific documents such as copy of GATE score card, pass port size photos, academic certificate copies etc must be submitted along with the filled up application form. Those applications which are sent on plain paper will not be considered.
