AQJ Degree College was set up in the year 1996 and it is situated in the district of Visakhapatnam of the state of Andhra Pradesh. The undergraduate courses available in the college are B. Com and B. Sc (Computer).

The post graduate courses available in the college are M. Sc (Analytical Chemistry/ Biochemistry/ Microbiology/ Organic Chemistry).

Eligibility criteria for getting admission:

As far as eligibility for Bachelor of Commerce course is concerned, candidates who have completed their Pre-University examination of the Board of P.U in Andhra or its equivalent examination are eligible. As far as eligibility for Bachelor of Science course is concerned, candidates who have completed their Pre-University examination of the Board of P.U in Andhra in science stream or its equivalent examination are eligible. Admission of candidates to the B. Sc and B. Com courses are made by the college as per the norms issued by the Andhra University from time to time and on the basis of the marks obtained by the students in the qualifying examination.

The candidates, who have passed a B. Sc degree in relevant discipline, are eligible to apply for the M. Sc degree courses. The college admits candidates for the B. Com and B. Sc courses based on marks obtained in the qualifying examination as per the norms of Andhra University.
