Aravali Institute of Management 2011 MBA
Aravali Institute of Management conducts an admission process for its two years Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) programme. AIM was established in the year 2000 by Marwar Education Foundation. It is considered to be amongst the best management institutes in Rajasthan. The institute has got a good infrastructure with all the primary facilities for a management institute. Aravali Institute of Management has been approved by AICTE. Its PGDM Programme has a total of 120 seats.
Candidates are shortlisted for PGDM programmes of Aravali Institute of Management on the basis of their CAT scores. Candidates have to also apply separately for admission in Aravali Institute of Management. The candidates who are shortlisted on the basis of their scores in CAT have to appear in a further selection process consisting of a Group Discussion and Personal Interview after which the final selections are made.
Eligibility Criteria:
Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree from any of the recognized institutes with a minimum of 50% marks in total. Candidates who will appear for their final exam in 2011 can also apply.

The forms will be available directly from the institute. The form can also be obtained by post by sending a Demand Draft along with the request for form. Candidates can also download the form online through the website www.aravali.org

Last Date for receipt of completed application forms: January End, 2011
Group Discussion/Personal Interviews: March-May, 2011
Selection process:
Candidates are shortlisted for PGDM programme of Aravali on the basis of their CAT scores. The shortlisted candidates are then called for further selection process consisting of a Group Discussion and Personal Interview. Final selection is based on candidate’s performance in Entrance exam, Personal Interview, Group Discussion and Past Academic Record. There are few important guidelines that the candidates must know, which are mentioned in the prospectus. Candidates should strictly mention the registration number at the top of the requisite form and should clearly submit a Demand Draft carrying a clear signature of the candidate at the back flip of the DD. Candidates that are mentally fit are only eligible for the admission test, Basically the admission test is CAT and therefore all the necessary eligibility criterion of this prestigious exam is actually the eligibility criterion of the Institute, apart when it concerns to reservation quota.
