Bajaj Placement Papers
Bajaj Auto is a renowned company, not only in India, but also globally. The company has made its presence felt in more than a dozen nations in the US, Asia, Europe and Latin America. The company is the fourth largest in the world in manufacturing two- and three- wheeler vehicles. It grew over by 26 percent from 2003-04 to 2004-05. The export of the company in the year was 196,710 vehicles.
The company recruits every year fresh engineering graduates. For this the company has adopted a pattern of test. The process of the test is given below.
BAJAJ PLACEMENT PAPER PATTERN:
There are three rounds of the selection process. The first round is a written test. There are 53 questions in the written test of which 25 are technical and 28 are aptitude questions. The time allotted is 1 hour. There is a negative marking of 0.5 marks for every incorrect answer.
The second round is Group Discussion. Duration of GD is 30 minutes. The initial 10 minutes are compulsory preparation time.
GD is not the only short listing round. There is another round which is the personal interview. Candidates who get through the second round are called in for an interview.
