Fee Structure for M.Tech in IIT, Patna
Fee structure for M.Tech in IIT, Patna is slightly different for regular and sponsored category candidates. Regular students need to pay a total fee of Rs. 15, 771/- per semester during Ist semester where as sponsored category students must pay Rs. 35, 771/- per semester. From 2nd semester onwards, the total fee for regular students is Rs. 9,121/- per semester and that for sponsored category students is Rs. 29, 121/- per semester.

Fee Structure for Ist Semester (Sponsored Students) is same as that for regular students, but with a small difference in tuition fees. Tuition fee for sponsored category students is Rs. 25,000/- per semester. So the total fee is Rs. 35, 771/- Per Semester for general/OBC category candidates. Total Fee for SC/ST candidates is Rs. 10, 771/- Per Semester. Such candidates are exempted from the payment of tuition fees.
