If you want to register for the common proficiency test, you may register anytime during a year and to do so, you may obtain the prospectus along with the registration form from any of the regional council of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. The test is conducted two times a year:
In the month of June
In the month of December

Now, to be eligible for exam conducted in a particular month, you will have to register atleast two months before the commencement of the exam.
Now, since you haven't mentioned the place you belong to, we are unable to provide you the address of your nearest regional council of the Institute and therefore, you must refer to the official website of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.

I have filled CPT Exam form online (for June,2012) but instead of JAIPUR as center selection I have filled Kanpur. Now I wish that my center of exam should be Jaipur only and accordingly change the center from Kanpur to Jaipur. Kindly suggest that what should I do ? My details of form filled are as below:
