Candidates may register for Common Proficiency Test any time after qualifying the secondary level examination but in order to be eligible to take the test, one must have passed Higher Secondary Level Examination.

As you have mentioned that you are in the 11th Standard, you are eligible to register for the Common Proficiency Test but won't be eligible to take the test, before you complete your +2.

The registration is open throughout the year and for that, you may download the registration form from the official website of ICAI and submit it to your nearest ICAI Regional Council.
