i m doing b.tech in lovely professional university recently i heared some rumors that lpu is not vallid in j&k for govt. jobs is it right or wrong??

i did my B tech degree from ptu jallandar and now i am doing my M tech from amity gurgaun is my degree valid in jammu andkashmir

if any university is Approved by AICTE and UGC but is not recognized by some states....when these states also recognize the same university in their respective states..is the degree obtained before the state govts recognization valid in the same state
