Admission in BA is possible after 3 years polytechnic?
I have done 3 years polytechnic engineering diploma in electronics branch after 10th class. Now I want to take admission in BA. Can I do that or not?

Yes, you are eligible to apply for BA (Bachelor of Arts) courses after having three year polytechnic diploma course, Because to apply fir BA courses minimum qualification required to apply is 10+2 or equivalent qualification (That is 3 year polytechnic diploma) from government recognized board. No, it is not possible to take admission in B.A course after completion of your 3 years Polytechnic course. To be eligible to get admission for pursuing B.A course, you should have passed 12th standard or an equivalent examination from a Government recognised board. Do, being a Diploma holder, you are not eligible to get admission for pursuing B.A course.

Yes you are eligible to pursue graduation from Arts stream after passing polytechnic engineering Diploma in Electronics branch. As because Diploma is also equivalent to Intermediate degree. If you have completed Diploma from a recognized university then there is no need to pursue intermediate again. Therefore, you are eligible to get admission in BA in any stream.

The eligibility criteria for Bachelor of Arts is:
You should have completed 10+2 or its equivalent from a recognized board. Diploma in engineering is considered as equivalent of 12th. Polytechnic candidates are eligible for admission in Bachelor of Arts. |

Yes, you can pursue BA even after completing 3 years polytechnic. There is no any bondage in pursuing BA. Your Polytechnic certificate is treated as intermediate certificate. You will not face any type of problem at the time of admission in BA.

Yes, definitely you can get admission to study BA degree course after the completion of 3 years Diploma course in Electronics.
Candidates those who have completed their class 12th or its equivalent from a recognized University scoring a minimum of 50% of marks in it are eligible to apply for the BA degree course. |

The educational qualification required for Bachelor of Arts course is that candidate should have done 12th from a recognized board of India. In other criteria, it is also mentioned that those who have acquired qualification which is equivalent to 12th can also apply for Bachelor of Arts course.
So, you can apply for admission in Bachelor of Arts course because polytechnic is considered as equivalent to senior secondary qualification. |

If you have successfully completed your diploma course then your diploma is equivalent to 12th standard so you can apply for graduation course after diploma.
Admission is given on the basis of percentage secured in diploma course. |

To be very honest, admission in Bachelor of Arts after diploma in engineering is not a good course option.
But diploma candidates are eligible for Bachelor of Arts as diploma is considered as equivalent to 12th board. You should apply for LEET exam for admission in Bachelor of Technology course. |

Yes, definitely you are eligible to get admission in graduation course after completing diploma in engineering . If you have successfully completed your diploma course then your diploma certificate is equivalent to 12th standard and after that a candidate can apply for graduation course.

Yes you can pursue BA after completing your polytechnic diploma course of 3 years. Your diploma certificate is equivalent to 12th certificate hence you are eligible for the course of graduation. Admission is given on the basis of entrance exam as well as percentage basis also. You can pursue it through either regular or distance mode.

Those candidates who have completed 12th standard or its equivalent examination in any discipline from a recognized board, are eligible to apply for BA course. Admission to BA course is based on the marks scored in the qualifying examination. |

I have done 3 year polytechnic diploma through TBEUP Lucknow in 1988 and thereafter I have passed BA through Kanpur University in 2014 as private. Now for taking degree University is telling bring a certificate of diploma equivalent to intermediate from where I can get certificate.
