I have done 3 years polytechnic engineering diploma in electronics branch after 10th class. Now I want to take admission in BA. Can I do that or not?

No, it is not possible to take admission in B.A course after completion of your 3 years Polytechnic course. To be eligible to get admission for pursuing B.A course, you should have passed 12th standard or an equivalent examination from a Government recognised board. Yes you are eligible to pursue graduation from Arts stream after passing polytechnic engineering Diploma in Electronics branch. As because Diploma is also equivalent to Intermediate degree. Yes, it is possible to take admission to BA course after completion of 3 year polytechnic diploma course. You can study the BA course through open universities like IGNOU. Instead of studying BA, diploma holders can study BE or BTech course through lateral entry or AMIE course. These are some of the best options available for the diploma holders. It is not advisable to study BA after completion of 3 year polytechnic diploma course. As it is an engineering subject, you can study BE/BTech or AMIE course after completion of it.
