No, Diploma holders are not eligible to get admission in IIT because, IIT's does not offers Lateral entry admissions. Only candidates who have completed 12th standard with Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry subjects from a recognised board and those who have appeared, qualified and secured good rank in JEE Main and Advanced examinations are eligible to get admission in IIT's. Since, you have not pursued 12th standard, being a Diploma holder, you cannot get admission in IIT.

Yes, diploma in chemical engineering student are eligible for IIT admission but you should qualify in IIT mains exam.

If you have completed 12th standard from a recognized board with physics, chemistry and mathematics with above 50% marks then you are eligible for IIT-JEE exam. 5% marks relaxation is provided for SC/ST category candidates.

Your age should be in between 17 to 25 years.

Yes you are eligible to get admission in Indian Institute of Technology. For getting admission in IIT you need to give Joint Entrance Examination which is conducted by IIT. Eligibility for giving IIT-JEE exam are :-

1. If a student have passed 12th standard with PCM with 60% marks from recognized board.

2. If a student passed diploma in engineering trade from AICTE approved institution.

As you completed diploma thus you are eligible. So prepare yourself and get ready for entrance exam.

No, diploma students are not eligible to get admission in IIT institutes. That's because to get admission in IIT institutes, candidates have to appear for JEE main and Advanced exams, to which the candidates who have completed their 12th standard with physics, chemistry and mathematics subjects are only eligible. So, diploma students cannot get admission in IIT institutes.
